Alixon runs a reservation software for hostels and small hotels all over the world.

If you make a reservation though a homepage of one of our clients, your credit card got debited with a service fee. The service fee has a value between EUR 1.- and EUR 2.-.
Please note that it is clearly stated on the homepages of our clients that this service fee is collected by alixon gmbh (see example below).

After sending the reservation the system sends two emails to the given email address:

1. One from the company, which handdels the credit card payments for us: rbsworldpay.

2. A booking confirmation from the hostel/hotel you just booked. You find a remark regarding the service fee on the very bottem of this email.

If you have further questions regarding your charge on your credit card, please contact us by email and included the RBS WorldPay's transaction ID.
